Oracle 11i HR / Payroll Developer - Contract to Hire

Our client, a successful, long established company in St. Louis, MO has a need for a Technical / Functional Oracle 11i HR / Payroll Developer for a 3-month contract to hire. Your responsibilities will include integrating customizations of HR and Payroll with Oracle Apps (E-Business Suite, HRMS / Payroll and Project Accounting); creating scripts to deploy customizations into production; create, modify and troubleshoot complex Oracle Forms and Reports; create programs, triggers, stored procedures using PL / SQL; and develop reports using Discoverer 10g.  In addition, you will work with functional team members to develop MD050 documents, provide mentoring for employee resources, work closely with decision makers and end users, and analyze AIM documentation for accuracy and technical function.

Requirements

*  4 years of experience with Oracle 11i HR / Payroll.  Ideally, 70% Technical/30% Functional.
*  4 years Oracle PL / SQL (to integrate data sets), Form Builder 6i and Report Builder 6i.
*  Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*  Experience developing AIM documentation (MD050, MD070, MD110, MD120).
*  Development of complex Oracle reports that utilize the following:  multiple queries, multiple groups and levels of repeating frames, calls to PL / SQL packages, procedures and functions, formula and summary columns, materialized views, format triggers and layout customization, lexical parameters, export to Excel, and report registration in Oracle Applications.
*  Experience with custom applications running on Oracle.
*  A big plus would be experience supporting employee self-service benefits.
