We are currently seeking an Operations Financial Analyst at our Shakopee, MN location. This position provides financial services to cross-functional teams and the head of the Operations Finance team under minimal supervision. The incumbent will interact with members of the Operations Finance and Operations management teams and other function unit leaders to obtain the input necessary to develop the functional unit's operating plans, measure performance versus the plan, and focus functional unit leadership on areas where corrective action should be taken. The incumbent will be one of the key finance resources for Operations. This position has no direct reports.

Other job responsibilities include:Work with Operations unit team to develop a three-year financial forecast, which is driven by the functional unit's strategic plan and product roadmapEvaluate and approve as appropriate all capital, hiring and expense plans for OperationsWork with Operations teams to drive and track product cost reduction initiatives; report status to Executive teamAssume a leadership role for projects, analysis and activities as requiredRepresent the department in cross-functional teams as requiredRequired Skills



Qualified candidates will possess the following experience:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or the equivalent in training and experience7 - 10 years related experience in finance or business, with at least 5 years experience in the Operations/Manufacturing areaCPA and/or MBA strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with ExcelExperience using Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Oracle preferred
