POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform administrative tasks to support our Accounts Payable, Receivable, Purchasing and Logistics areas. The desired candidate will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties such as data entry, document handling, information auditing/editing, as well as all around support for other team members.

 

We are looking for a team player that possesses good written and oral communication skills, is detail oriented, well organized, punctual, and self-motivated. This position requires the individual to maintain a helpful, outgoing perspective while working under pressure in a high-paced environment.

 

POSITION DUTIES: Enter accounts payables and work with corporate to set up paymentsWork with Professional Services software (OpenAir) to track all PS ordersPurchasing for internal useSet up & track shipments with delivery companiesWill/may, at times work directly with customersWorks under immediate supervisionTypically reports to an operations manager

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: An undergraduate degree is preferred (or equivalent in education/experience). Expected to be familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of accountingSkill set requirements: MS Word, MS Excel, Great Plains (accounting software), OpenAir (PS software), Data Entry, Administrative Support, Professionalism
