Office Manager Roles & Responsibilities             

Human Resources             

          Process all forms for new employees       

                    W-4

                    Employment Verification

                    Benefits - health, dental, etc

                    401K Plan

                    Flexible spending accounts

          Generate and manage employee offer letters     

          Generate and manage company NDAs

          Maintain employee files     

          Insurance management     

                    Engage with insurance brokers

                    Health insurance

                    Cobra

                    Worker's Comp claims

                    Life insurance in process

Manage insurance renewals and maintain binder (D&O, Employment Practices, Package policies)

          Immigration paperwork and attorney liaison      

          Manage/Update employee handbook       

 

Office Management           

          Interface with landlord and manage lease and direct CEO and IT on   facilities issues

          Greet visitors

Sort and distribute mail, and help with shipping needs          

          Manage purchasing/stocking of Office Supplies  

          Manage meeting schedules for exe

Manage breakroom

Maintain employee “wellness� by stocking and managing breakroom with beverages and food/snacks             

Finance                                                

          Light Quicksbooks

          Run reports for Finance and CEOs/Founders                                    

          Check Run - process and mail to vendor                               

          Maintain vendor invoice files                                      

          Manage internal purchase orders

          Process employee expense reimbursement in QB                                       

          Manage Bank Deposit                                      

          Manage payroll service

          Track employee vacation
