OLAP Developer (SSIS)
Location:Â Jacksonville, FL 32256 Employment Type:Â Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Reference Code:Â 1001097363 OLAP Developer Description This position will be responsible for ongoing development, administration and management of the Microsoft BI platform to include MS SQL Databases and OLAP Cubes, The job will also entail the development and support of a Data Warehouse presentation tools for supporting the metrics, dashboards, scorecards and analytic reporting requirements for cross-functional business units. The qualified candidate must have extensive experience with the development, administration and maintenance of multiple OLAP tables and cubes. Candidates also must have experience with SQL Server Database creation and MS SQL Server Analysis Server knowledge with experience designing dimensional data warehouses. Good communication skills will be needed as well. Experience o 4-5 Years experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and BI platform o 3-4 Years With SQL Server Analysis Server and OLAP development (with 2 Years in SQL 20005) o Ability to apply dimension level security o Have working knowledge of BI presentation tools for analytics, scorecards and dashboards o Proficient in advanced DTS and SSIS o The ability to deliver to deadlines. Ideal experience: o Experience developing, testing and delivering high quality services. o MDX o At least 1+ years experience with SQL 2005 Reporting Services. o Understanding of relational and dimensional database concepts o Proficient database administration - including performance tuning, security, maintenance and management o Experience with 64-bit servers. Key skills: o Developing ETL, OLAP structures and reports using SQL 2005 o Maintaining documentation as appropriate. o A good understanding of the SQL 2005 Business Intelligence platform o An understanding of the DW lifecycle development process o Understanding of the significance of data quality and audit procedures o Willingness to support and assist members in both o Meticulous and attention to detail o Ability to analyze large data Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO:Â Apply by Email
