Network/ Systems Administrator

We have an immediate opening for a Windows Administrator with strong Citrix experience in an enterprise environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

Resolving routine to moderately complex administrative and support issues, tracking metrics to assure that Service Level Agreements are met, ensuring user satisfaction by providing preventative maintenance, and participating in Problem and Change management processes.

This position requires a high degree of teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of Citrix and Windows Servers. They will need to be an energetic, self motivated individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. They must be committed to Customer Service.

The position provides remote support for the systems via on-call rotation. Some major change activities require on-site weekend work. They will help to improve procedures and monitoring, and will work on process automation tasks / scripts.

Software Knowledge Needed:
2 years Citrix experience is required, preferably Presentation Server 4.0 or 4.5, Web Interface 4.0, 4.5 or 4.6
Knowledge of Citrix and MS Terminal Services Licensing
Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008
Active Directory and VMWare knowledge is desirable but not required
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
