Network Specialist:
Support customers remotely with operating system, networking, printer, and hardware issues. Support employees in a helpdesk environment. Travel to customer sites for hardware implementations and network diagnostics.
Other Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, customer care, and multitasking skills required.Solid Microsoft networking backgroundSolid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and internal/external DNSAnalytical and problem-solving skillsArticulate oral and written communication skillsExperience with cat-5e cablingExperience with PC and server hardwareExperience with MS ExchangeExperience in MS Active Directory Services installation & administrationMS SQL knowledge a plusUnix/Linux knowledge a plusMust be able to squat, kneel, climb ladders, and lift objects over 40lbs
