Leverage your networking and server administration expertise as a NOC Technician for InfoPartners, a leading Bay Area based IT consulting firm. As a Network Operations Center Technician, your primary mission will be to maintain and ensure peak performance of hundreds of servers across our client base. As a NOC Technician for InfoPartners you will be a key member of our service team, managing multi-site, multi-server network operations centers for new and existing clients using a customer-centric approach. Your hands-on experience with Windows 2003/2008 servers, MS Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, and firewall environments - paired with your natural problem solving skills - will allow you to hit the ground running with our regular maintenance routines, alert response and network upgrades. Exceptional customer service skills are crucial when taking the occasional call from our Service Desk as well as being a technical resource for our Service Desk Engineers. A passion for expanding your technical repertoire will be critical not only in serving a growing client base but also to ensure your professional development at InfoPartners. The ability to work either a swing shift or overnight shift will put you at the front of the pack as we offer 24/7 support.
