We invent, engineer and deliver technology solutions that drive business value, create social value and improve the lives of our customers.This position works with ISS design and operations organizations to deliver new PCA designs into worldwide production facilities.  The basic job responsibility is to develop the PCA manufacturing strategy for ISS product including:  -  Early identification of potential PCA / PCB DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFx issues -  Identification of manufacturing / material strategies in order to meet established metrics (fallout, cost goals) -  Development of PCA manufacturing plans & processes-  On site support during the new product PCA build (PCA build readiness coordination, issues resolution) -  Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that build processes are validated before Production phase -  Knowledge of Valor PCB/ PCA DFx tool. -  Coordinating PCA transition into WW Production facilities -  New component development and validation of manufacturing processes-  Support EMS/ODM partners for the PCAs that are in sustaining mode.Minimum requirements: - BS IE/ME/EE or equivalent required - Three (3) to eight (8) years experience in PCA-related manufacturing role (SMT/DFM) - Prefer at least 3 yrs in direct process & DFM role. - Must have good Analytical Problem Solving skills, good team working & communication skills, Project Management and Total Quality Management experience. © 2007 Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P.
