GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Support Specialist will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of maintenance quote requests and contract reconciliation for multiple vendors for a high volume multi-million dollar company. This individual will be extremely detailed oriented and able to juggle multiple spreadsheets, websites, and emails simultaneously. They will possess strong customer service skills, be able to deal with customers internally and externally.

- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills a must
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the upkeep of large Cisco maintenance contract
o Researching Serial coverage
o Processing Quote Requests
o Communicating status with Cisco
o Calculating quarterly true-ups (credits, purchases)
o Maintaining monthly/quarterly deliverables
- Assisting with other Cisco Renewals
- Assisting with Non-Cisco Renewals
o Obtaining pricing and terms from various vendors
o Creating quotes for customers
o Registering and confirming serial coverage
- Responsible for helping maintain targeted Attach Rate and Renewal Rates
- Responsible for Cisco to GTRI quote accuracy
