The company has 150 offices in more than 45 countries, 99% of Fortune 1000 companies are just some of their clients.Job Description:Provide senior-level, presales  and design support of company’s products focusing on the mainframe performance, automation, and network tools.  Working with Sales Management to ensure the Technical Sales organization is effectively able to drive and support Sales in aligning solutions to customers' business objectives Overall, this position is responsible for delivering positive, quantifiable results fro the company and its customers that will be measured across five primary areas—Customer Focus, Financial Targets, Internal Business Processes, Professional Development and Leadership, Teamwork and Planning Requirements:Technical experience and/or familiar with: Mainview, Systems Automation (or SA), NetView, Control-O, AutoOperator, Omegamon, TMON, Connect:Direct, OPS/MVS, SYSVIEW, MIM, Automation Point, NetMaster, XCOM, and the VM Manager Suite for z/LinuxEnvironmental skills such as REXX, TCP/IP, or VM and z/LinuxExperience in the IT Industry or related industry with a focus on solution development/architecting and solution selling Ability to rapidly gain credibility with and add value to key internal and external stakeholders Strong ability to present company’s vision and solution approach Strong leadership, planning, execution and the ability to manage in a virtual team environment Experience in aligning strategy, programs and initiatives across a diverse sales organization  MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
