MacOutfitters is the premier Apple Specialist in Pennsylvania, with locations in both suburban Philadelphia (Doylestown) and suburban Pittsburgh (Cranberry Twp.). We have been servicing our community for over 15 years, focused on providing an outstanding consultative sales and service experience to retail, small business and corporate clients.  As an Authorized Apple Specialist, an Authorized Apple Pro Audio VAR, and an Apple Authorized Service Provider Plus (AASP+), we offer full-line retail locations, out-bound corporate consultation and sales, seminars and training, and a complete line of technical services including hardware repair, software support, and on-site networking and support services.



We currently have an opening for an out-going, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a career in the Apple community.  You will be involved with all aspects of our business including hardware repair and software support, on-site technical support services, and both retail and corporate sales support.  If you are a hardworking team player, with good communication skills, looking for a challenging and rewarding career supporting Apple technology, we would love to talk with you.



This is a full time, salaried position in our Doylestown, PA location.  Responsibilities include:

Hardware repairs

New system configuration, delivery and set-up

Software and OS troubleshooting

Telephone support

Networking set-up, troubleshooting, and support

Assistance with seminars and presentations



You will be working in-house, as well as on-site at customer locations.



Knowledge of Apple products and operating systems required, previous Apple service experience a strong plus. You will be required to have, or obtain, Apple Certifications for MacOS, and Hardware Service Repair.

Requirements:



Minimum of 2 years previous computer repair experience and/or 2 year related college or technical school degree.  Previous work with Apple equipment, experience with creative markets, or  A+ certification a plus.
