Profile for OSS (Operations Support Systems)/BSS (Business Support Systems) Lead Architect Position:

Qualifications:

7-10 year experience in OSS/BSS multivendor integration projects involving IBM, NetCracker and other operatorsâ€™ back office systems such as CRM, Billing, Revenue Assurance and Pre-paid.

2-4 year experience as Lead Architect in OSS/BSS integration projects.

Excellent knowledge of operatorsâ€™ networks (RAN/Core domain knowledge related to OSS/BSS) and operators processes.

Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and practice

Up to date on latest trends in OBS/Business Processes. Familiar with ongoing standardization activities, e.g. Telemanagement Forum.

Experience in reengineering business processes and architecting underlying OSS/BSS/IT infrastructure to support new business process.

Excellent leadership, communication and team skills

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and drive OSS/BSS Sales Opportunities with Architecture Design and Consultancy approach

Provide OSS/BSS Architecture Design and Consultancy to customers

Knowledge transfer and support for the System Integration implementation team

Interact with product lines and 3rd parties to drive roadmaps
