Part time Desktop support tech for an open ended contract (our client offers very flexible hours minimum of 25 hours per week with telecommuting if desired), location is Ladera Ranch so you must be local to southern OC.

Skill Requirements:

Troubleshoot hardware problems w/ desktops/laptops

Configure desktops/laptops/avaya phones/phones/treoâ€™s for new employees

Work with Dell to repair PCâ€™s/Labtops

Work with Sprint to configure/repair cell phones

Deal with computer viruses

Printing issues

Maintain Copy Machines

Servers are hosted and we only need support of the desktops, laptops, and peripheral.

Active Directory Experience

Exchange Server Experience

Supporting 6 warehouse sites using citrix
