Internal Communications Specialist
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALISTLooking for an organized and detail-oriented communications professional to help develop and implement global internal communication strategies, initiatives, programs and projects to engage and inform InfoPrint Solutions Company employees and align them behind the company's mission, vision and values. Responsibilities will vary, and will include managing and monitoring communications sent via the InfoPrint Communications email ID, creating and distributing InfoPrint's bimonthly employee newsletter, quarterly All Hands meeting support and writing of all kinds (news stories, features, web writing, speeches, internal memos, Powerpoint presentations and more). We require a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent education/experience, as well as 3+ years of proven communications experience. To succeed, you must have a comprehensive knowledge of corporate communications vehicles and know how to use them to effectively disseminate information and direction to employees, and a demonstrated ability to write quickly, meet deadlines and act with a sense of urgency. Must be an iniative-taker and a self-motivated team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to evaluate, write and edit content for features, newsletters, presentations, speeches and key organizational messages utilizing a variety of communication vehicles. Strong organizational skills, prioritizing abilities, interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are a must. Experience with Powerpoint, Excel and Microsoft Word are required.
