Intel Corp. - Process/Yield Engineer
The position described below is a job profile that is generally representative of current or future openings at Intel. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Designing and planning the layout processes, including hardening, and etching - Conducting tests and measurements through all stages of production - Establishing and submitting processing requirements for new equipment - Conducting data and root cause analysis with a focus on product yield improvement - Developing inline metrology detection capabilities to 90, 65, and 45nm You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, or a Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Optics, and Chemical Engineering. Additional qualifications include: - Engineering analysis software proficiency - Ability to summarize complex data sets for technical and non-technical audiences - At least one to five years of experience in semiconductor process technology preferred - Working knowledge of processing and product testing basics preferred - Integrated-circuit fabrication knowledge (lithography, diffusion, thin films, etch, metallization, CVD, and planarization) View all job postings for Intel
