BENEFITS

In this entry level position you will earn a base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS and BONUSES.

Qualified candidates will receive training and support as you handle a full scope of responsibilities, including customer relations, sales and marketing and company product training.

Responsibilities

1.On-line and telephone research to gather and explore opportunity and contact information on target accounts for sales development.

2.Direct contact with prospects through telephone, email and mail to negotiate and generate new sales contracts through the use of, web research or other company provided lead generation tools and other lead sources.  

3.Speak to customers both in person and on phone, explain product features/benefits and work with sales management to arrive at customers’ final price. 

4.Develop and maintain contact information using sales database for all prospects contacted.

5.Coordinate with Sales Managers strategy for prospects requiring additional sales activities such as follow up calls or proposals.

6.Report to Senior Management on a weekly basis on progress of sales development including new business prospects, new sales proposals generated, closed sales and observed market and competitor trends.

7.It is anticipated that the Inside Sales Associate will conduct market research from time to time in conjunction with phone or email canvassing.   

8.Achieve company sales and revenue quotas.    

9.Have fun while working with an awesome staff. 

 

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

SKILLS Needed To Succeed

 

Successful applicant should have excellent verbal communication skills and a professional customer service demeanor which is essential to attract and retain customers. 

 

Demonstrate comfort with phone calling requiring high energy levels for speaking with the public in a variety of industries.

 

Applicants must also have strong phone consultative presentations, and strong closing skills.

 

Must be disciplined, outgoing, cheerful, persistent and thorough.

 

Must have organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

 

Must have Strong written skills + solid typing and computer keyboard skills required (familiarity with MS word/MS excel).
