Inside Sales Consultant

The Inside Sales Consultant position plays a key role in maintaining relationships with current business customers, developing new business through growth of existing customers and the establishment of new customer accounts. This is an inside sales position that relies on making customer contacts via phone, email and direct mail to a designated market area. It also requires a great deal of selling and persuasion skills, while utilizing expertise to cross-sell or upsell each account. Responsible for inbound and outbound telesales activities.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of inside phone sales experience

Goal-oriented, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision

Effective closer with ability to finalize sales and maximize sales per order

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

 

IC Intracom offers a base salary plus uncapped monthly commission opportunities.  Base salary increases are merited once defined revenue benchmarks have been achieved. Total compensation for motivated sales individuals can be double or even triple the base salary.
