Infrastructure Services Senior Consultant II - Healthcare/Life Sciences

Location: California or Western United States     Dell Inc.'s Services seeks an Solutions Sales Executive for Healthcare and Life Sciences.  This role is responsible for selling complex client and enterprise services to our Healthcare and Life Sciences customers including, but not limited to, systems management, messaging, virtualization/consolidation and data center migration, client deployments and application packaging services. Analyzes customer service requirements and designs service solutions to meet those objectives. Identifies opportunities and may work with account-assigned Hardware / Systems peers to close sale. Will be called on as a technical Service expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex sales. Typically specializes in a single service environment and carries an overlay quota.   Service environments include, but are not limited to: Infrastructure Consulting Services (ICS) including virtualization, Active Directory/Exchange, data center optimization, storage and end-user computing Client Lifecycle Services (CLS) including Deployment and pc refresh assessments and implementations, as well as CFI and ARS Software as as Service sales pursuits   Other responsibilities include: ·  Involved in leading the design of large solution design sales opportunities. ·  Facilitates and makes customer presentations at the management level. ·  Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, and staffing plans for customer sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess: ·  Strong track record of Services Sales performance in an Enterprise environment ·  Established successes in new business development and account retention ·  Recognition as a strong Services SME and financial modeling architect. ·  Advanced ability to understand a client's business, technology and process needs, and translate that understanding into actionable, industry-leading services solutions. ·  Expert working-level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components of services solutions. ·  Detailed knowledge of Services industry and competitive landscape. ·8+ years relevant experience ·Bachelors degree and above is highly preferred Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 50% Workforce diversity is an essential part of Dell's commitment to quality and to the future.
