JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities for thepositions being filled require working knowledge and/or a specialization in oneor more of the following areas: computer hardware, software, serveradministration and maintenance, network cabling and connectivity, email,security and access control systems, and business telephones. Willingness to learn, drive to grow as a technicalprofessional, capacity for multi-tasking and the ability to complete tasks in atimely manner are all necessary requirements for these positions. Experience is highly preferred because “We make technology easy!â€
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates willpossess: 1-2 years experience in IT related field (or a BA/BS in MIS or other related field) Excellent client relationship management skills Ability to quickly assess complex issues, bring focus to ambiguous situations and solving problems Multi-task effectively Self starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent teamwork skills Ability to work and interact with other departments throughout the organization BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (recommended, but not mandatory) A passion for technology
