IT Desktop Support Specialist

Moffatt & Nichol is looking for Desktop/System Support Technicians in our Seattle office. Candidates must be able to provide solutions for IT support issues. Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of laptop, desktop, and printer problems.  Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software in order to deliver required service levels. Maintain knowledge of existing applications, services, and technologies that support the efforts of the group, and proactively share this information with team members.  Actively seek out and participate in projects to maintain/improve the desktop environment. Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve user questions regarding hardware issues  Provide laptop/desktop, networking, and software and hardware tecincal supprt fro all end-users Monitor and maintain technical environment Install and configure desktop systems for new end-users Participate in technical projects as assigned Maintain hardware inventory for this location  Ability to lift and carry equipment/hardware 50 lbs Job Requirements: Minimum of Five (5) Years technical experience.  Knowledge of the following: Windows NT/2000/XP General desktop support Ghosting Tools MS Office Cisco Routing General Hardware troubleshooting General Software troubleshooting TCP/IP communications  PC and Printer hardware and sotware Remote user supportJob Code : 304 Division/Department : Moffatt & Nichol Travel Required : 0-10% Skills : Administrative Support -> Department Level Moffatt & Nichol is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
