We are currently considering candidates for the following opportunity:IT CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE Position Summary: Responsible for the hardware maintenance and upgrades of our existing stores. Install store systems for new stores. Assist Store Support staff by troubleshooting store systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Make regularly scheduled maintenance of all Store Systems equipment.· Visit store sites, as needed, to maintain, upgrade or conduct a hardware swap as needed to support the Store Systems Technicians.· Assist Store Systems group with identifying all Register inventory as directed · Assist in trouble shooting store problems· Run, terminate and test Data and Voice cabling· Perform unscheduled emergency service on Store Systems equipment with little or no lead time or pre notification as necessary· Other duties as assigned REQUIRED Qualifications · Minimum of three years hands-on experience involving communications hardware and software. Experience with working with PCs, Windows and computer peripherals. POS experience preferred· Solid background in PC networks, applications, connectivity and hardware · Extensive PC knowledge with skills in Windows, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint · Experience running and terminating data/voice cabling· Ability to work in a team and work independently with minimum supervision · Ability to interact with store managers and/or assistant managers · Ability to adjust to a 7 day a week operation · Ability to make decisions based on material presented and formulate solutions· Ability to lift and move material weighing 50+ pounds· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Good follow-up and organizational skills · Capable of multi-tasking · Accredited technical school certificate or equivalent experience APPLY NOW! – Local qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume to marc.shay@annaslinens.com attached as an MS Word document. *Only local qualified candidates will be considered and contacted. – APPLY NOW!
