IT Analyst
Technology Consulting has an immediate need for an IT Analyst in the Louisville, Kentucky area.
Typical Minimums: BS in Information Technology related field of study, and 5 years of experience
Specific Job Description:
IT Systems Analyst: Prepare briefings for the Division lead pertaining to projects, issues and initiatives. Monitor service status and operational efficiencies. Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects in relation to business functions of the division. Create, coordinate, edit, distribute, and manage communications forums, VTCs, documents and newsletters. Research issues and best practices; create documents, white papers and leadership reports. Assist in implementation and acceptance of the ITIL framework within the organization to include educating and consulting various groups in this discipline. Collect & analyze operational data and produce reports. Attend core mission related meetings as need or directed by senior management. Performs duties as the as information/business consultant to the division's senior management.
Required Skills:
Broad IT knowledge and experience. Project Management, Financial analysis, MS Office related skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
