User Centered Design methodology helps define the organizational structure for all other deliverables impacting user experience. The HFE promotes communication and collaboration among project members by gathering and disseminating ideas from all disciplines within the UCD methodology. Required Skills: Degree in design, architecture, HCI or related discipline. Familiar with concepts of user-centred design. Strong analytical skills. Good writing and communication skills. Ability to synthesize many data into coherent information design direction. Relevant application (Visio, PowerPoint, Illustrator, etc.) and design process expertise. Experience working on Web/software/multimedia development teams. Good client interaction/negotiation skills. Some experience (knowledge of) in information architecture/user interface design.
