Help Desk Support

We are looking for a Help Desk Support professional with 1-2 years of experience.  This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, helpful and looking for an opportunity where he/she can grow with a company.  We are NOT looking for 5-10 year people!  Successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware problems in a very high tech environment.  You must be comfortable walking customers through setup, configuration and connectivity problems.  You need to have knowledge of all Microsfot products, Wireless technologies, Encryption protocols, network hardware and networking fundamentals.  Any experience troubleshooting Linux, Bluetooth and VOIP are a big PLUS!  Will be providing technical phone support su you must have excellent verbal communication skills and be professional and courteous. You must also have some experience with technical documentation as well as being a great Multi-tasker! 

Team training will be provided and certification on latest technology products.  You must be a team player and have great technical ability!
