Job Description: 22 open positions

Responsibilities: We have an immediate need in Jacksonville FL for Help Desk representatives. This is a contract to hire opportunity. This position requires one who can work independently and self manage. Customer Services is priority #1. You must be very comfortable and experienced with Remote support. You will support all users, remote and on site, including telecom. A true problem solver is needed. You will assist with hardware (Laptops and PC), Microsoft software issues, connectivity issues, printer problems and network environment issues. You will assist the Network Support Manager with maintaining a working systems environment.

Knowledge/Experience:

*1-5 years of experience a plus but not necessary. Windows 2000/2003, XP, TCP/IP, SQL, VB,.NET, Exchange. Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience: A+, Net+, MCDST Preferred

Individuals without experience will be considered, if deemed to have strong communication skills and superior customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
