HR Manager Opportunity at a Growing, Successful Company!
CAM Commerce Solutions is a growing, successful software/payment processing company with about 225 employees located in Fountain Valley. We are currently looking for an outstanding HR Manager to take charge of the Human Resources function.
This position is has one HR Assistant as a direct report, and is responsible for all aspects of HR. This includes:Working with Managers to staff open positions in a timely fashion Administering our benefits offerings and making improvements when needed Assisting with payroll administration Employee relations Meeting the company's training needs Responsible for Worker's Comp/Safety/Facilities Management
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with at least 3 years of general HR Management experience. Candidates should have outstanding written/oral communication skills, be technically savvy and able to work well with all types of people.
It's important that your background be "hands on". This position requires an individual who does not mind taking on non-HR tasks from time to time. We're a small company and we all pitch in when needed!
