Global HR Manager – Manufacturing & Products # 6364 – Tinley Park, IL Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Global Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing and Products will be responsible for the effective deployment of HR programs, procedures and processes to support the business needs and strategies of Panduit’s domestic and international manufacturing and distribution locations. The Global HR Manager – Manufacturing and Products will advise, influence and guide assigned HR business partners and business leaders on the HR implications of business strategies and all aspects people management and leadership. You will serve as an internal business partner, delivering comprehensive Global HR programs, initiatives and solutions to business divisions and functions to enable successful execution of business strategies. This role will develop and lead an HR team that is responsible for providing strategic and tactical human resources support for their assigned divisions and functions. The team will provide proactive, innovative, customer focused HR solutions that are aligned with Panduit’s business objectives. Solutions and strategies will include workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, succession planning, performance management, involvement in employee relations, compensation and reward decisions and change management. Responsibilities:· Supervision and development of Divisional HR Generalists. Ensure consistent HR practices globally relating to employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits. Provide “hands-on” coaching, mentoring and training.· Understanding the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals and business needs of assigned divisions and functions. Participate in senior management and staff meetings to ensure an integrated business partnership and strong link with strategy and direction of the business.· Develop and maintain consistent HR practices among divisions. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures. Consult with VP/Division Manager, Operations and Corporate HR. Requirements:· BA.BS degree required. Masters degree preferred with an emphasis in HR.· 10+ years of progressive professional HR Generalist experience with a minimum of 5 years supervising a team of HR Generalists.· Must have manufacturing background.· Experience working in a matrix organization with proven ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity and to adapt HR strategies and respond to business needs.
