Firmware Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst

We are currently seeking a 6 month contract Firmware Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst for our Fortune 500 Information technology client located in the Round Rock, TX market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the review, integration, unit testing and debugging of Enterprise Server Firmware.  Requirements for Consideration·  6+ years experience with an Understanding of industry specifications, embedded systems development, Intel and AMD architectures, and the software development lifecycle. ·  Solid understanding of one or more of the following industry specifications: I2C, IPMI, KCS, USB, SNMP, SM-CLP, WS-MAN, TCPIP. ·  Solid understanding and demonstrated experience of the software development and test process. ·  Solid C development skills including the use of debug tools. ·  Experience with embedded operating systems (RTOS, embedded Linux). To Apply for This position:Please send a copy of your resume to EricSpence@spherion.com or apply directly through Monster.
