The Finance Project Analyst position is a key role to help support our rapidly growing and dynamic company. It is a unique and interesting position since it incorporates both functional business support and corporate-level financial analysis.

Job Requirements:
• Support the Professional Services group with budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Perform actual vs. budget analysis and identify any risks or opportunities associated with reported financial data.
• Drive automation and system improvements in Oracle and SFDC for the sales and Professional Services teams.
• Maintain and update current forecasting tool and provide expense detail reporting to management.
• Help define and implement sales processes and policies.
• Ad hoc projects and analyses.
• Continuously perform benchmarking of metrics and practices vs. industry best practices.
• Ability to work with and influence functional teams including IT and Accounting to develop reports.


Education and Work Experience:
• 2-5 years financial planning and analysis experience;
• Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.com a huge plus
• Strong skills with spreadsheets, building metrics-based models and rapid decision analytics
• BS or BA in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics
• Excellent technical skills(excel) and systems aptitude.
• Must have great problem solving skills, be a self starter, understand the issues and be able to clearly and concisely put together recommendations and implementation plans.
• Attention to detail, ability to reconcile, drill down, organizational skills and timeliness a must
