Field Marketing SpecialistPosition Location: Boulder, Colorado

Summary:
LeftHand Networks is looking for an entry level Field Marketing Specialist  to work out of our corporate headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. The Field Marketing Specialists responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·  Supporting the execution of regional partner marketing plans that drive, awareness, leads and sales – new business and installed base of business

·  Assist with executing effective regional marketing plans with partners; including all aspects; pre and post event- event logistics and supporting deliverables; invitations, registration (attendees) targets, logistics planning and execution, post event follow-up plan with partners and LHN sales team.

·  Assist with planning and executing special events; seminars, webinars, storage events

·  Assist with establishing relationships and promotional ideas with cross-promotional partners; i.e, VMware, Riverbed, Microsoft and Citrix

·  Working closely with Regional Sales department members to support marketing objectives

·  Hands-on implementation of corporate marketing campaigns, programs, promotions and strategies

·  Assist with developing grass roots campaigns

·  Maintain and update the Salesforce.com database Prepare/update email lists for promoting upcoming events or programs

·  Run reports as requested

·  Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and superior phone sales skills

·  Working knowledge of personal computers and applications

·  Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving, and time management skills. Competitive, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent team building and influencing skills. Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to interact efficiently with a wide variety of people.Experience working in a fast paced environment.The ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.Solid computer skills including Microsoft officeConsistent track record of executing on effective marketing programs a plus.  Experience working with channel partners within a geography to aggressively grow revenue and customer base a plus. Demonstrated ability to foster communication within a sales team, while promoting independent activities and parallel efforts a plus. Knowledge of the computer industry, especially networking, infrastructure and storage products a plus Mixture of startup and large company experience a plus.
