We need experienced Field Engineers with very strong communication skills and at least 3 years experience in the workplace. You would be responsible for responding to help-desk escalations that require an onsite presence, handling multiple troubleshooting and maintenance requests, including internet connectivity, email issues, server access, and general issues. Excellent analytical skills, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills are a requirement. This is not a typical Field Engineer. This is a demanding environment, and customer service is the number one requirement. That said, there is room for advancement, and we are looking for people searching for an opportunity to springboard their career. You MUST also have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, sales people, vendors and peers. This is ESSENTIAL to the position. Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor network issues in the LAN and WAN networks, i.e. client/server relationships, DNS issues, corporate antivirus, and simple router and firewall configuration. Must have excellent working knowledge of applications such as MS Office, Adobe CS2 / CS3. Should be MCP and/or ACHDS certified.
