Position Description:

The responsibilities for this role include: managing day-to-day site maintenance and repair operations, coordination of facility related projects and initiatives utilizing internal and external resources, contract and vendor management, and comprehensive financial planning.• Ensure ongoing facilities operations, maintenance and repair for the site; includes electrical, mechanical and HVAC building systems, utilities and grounds.• Manage and bid site-specific service agreements including janitorial, building systems, grounds, and break room/cafeteria.• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels are maintained.• Oversee minor construction & restoration projects, managing within project schedule, scope and budget.• Manage Facility online work request system for the site.• Conduct periodic premises inspections tours; ensure all premises are in good functional, safe and attractive condition. • Distribute corporate communications regarding building services and special proceedings.• Document data for key performance metrics.• Develop consistent work flow procedures, update written processes as needed.• Establish and maintain appropriate customer service levels.• Evangelize Global Real Estate & Facilities policies and standards. • Responsible for site Facility Ops Maintenance budget once it is developed.• Coordinate with designated staff to forecast annual expenses.• Monitor spending through corporate financial systems (Oracle, 170 systems, Hyperion)• Work effectively with all business units on site and understand their basic facility system requirements.

Qualifications:

• Requires 5 - 10 years of Facilities Maintenance experience with a technical background in electrical and mechanical. • Associate or Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent experience.
