Executive Assistant - Call (408)392-0506Description: Volt is looking for Executive Assistants for large Hi-Tech companies in the Silicon Valley area. The Executive Assistant will support C-Level Executive(s) with operational and administrative needs. In this role you will have a wide variety of executive assistant duties including:* Ownership and maintenance of calendar, involving frequent changes and difficult to schedule meetings involving many people worldwide with busy calendars.* Coordinate meetings, luncheons, and conferences involving outside parties such as customers and business alliances* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in relation to a variety of matters involving highly sensitive information.* Manage distribution of time sensitive documents. * Develop and maintain a variety of spreadsheets, presentations, correspondence and distribution lists.
