Entry Level Software Support Engineer

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Software Support Engineer for a new and challenging hi-tech warehousing project in  Windsor, CT.  This position will troubleshoot IT software solutions, interface with internal and external customers and analyze logistic processes and flows to help the customer to run our products most efficiently.

 

What we require

· Computer Science/Engineering Degree

· Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL or other database related technologies.

· The ability to understand complex processes.

· Available to work on site to install, commission, and test installation of material handling solutions.

· The ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.

· Excellent communication/analytical skills

· Knowledge of logistics, material handling and software technology is appreciated.

· Must be willing to work 3rd shift operations.

· The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
