Entry Level Customer Service Specialist – Technical Support
JusticeTrax Inc. is a dynamic, employee-owned software company that develops and markets leading case management software for forensic laboratories.
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to provide end-to-user support for JusticeTrax products. This position is located out of our Mesa, AZ office.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting system users with various hardware and software questions.Solving problems through analytical and communication skills.Research solutions using company knowledgebase, documentation and internet resources.Documenting, researching, monitoring and providing a resolution to a customer issue on a timely basis.Providing technical support and trouble-shooting.
Requirements and Qualifications:Associates degree required.Other certification and practical experience demonstrating required skills may be substituted.At least two years experience in dealing directly with customers.Superb telephone and interpersonal skills.Communicates in a clear and structured way and possesses good listening and questioning skills. Call center or telephone technical support experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Computer industry work experience or network support preferred.
