RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as Enterprise Architect with responsibility for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture; working with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information and information technology assets. REQUIRED SKILLS:  IT, solutions implementation, business process redesign.GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:  A 4-year bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. ANDSPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years progressively responsible experience in the following:x Experience designing and implementing information solutions.x Experience with process redesign methods (such as business process re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma, or total quality management).x Experience in IT, with a minimum of two years in business process design.x Knowledge of facilitation and organization change management.x Understanding of business process management, workflow and integration methods and tools.Applicant must possess the following:1. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to create original concepts/theories for a variety of stakeholders.4. Excellent planning and organizational skills.5.
