JobFunction Provide training, implementation and consulting strategies for our valued clients. Work with existing accounts to troubleshoot system issues and help deliver solutions to resolve both system and operational roadblocks.  Establish comprehensive training programs for existing client base  Provide project/account management techniques to deliver deployment roadmaps and implementation schedules for new sales opportunities.  Work with software developers and executive team to enhance existing software platform and direct business development. 

SkillsNeeded Strong MS-SQL, T-SQL, Crystal, stored procedures and data migration skills Excellent written and verbal communication Willingness to travel  Experience in installing, deploying, training and supporting complex ERP business solutions Business-minded individual with the analytical ability to provide business value through creative data planning and process engineering. Working knowledge of hardware configuration topologies, LANS, WANS and complex network configurations. Proven documentation skills including training collateral, proposals and functional specifications. Excellent presentation skills
