1 EDI SOURCE, a leading software and consulting firm is seeking experienced EDI technicians in their Kent, Ohio office.

 

Job Duties:

 

v Implement customers from initial stage into live production

§ Initiate correspondence between clients and trading partners

§ Obtain EDI Specifications

§ Setting up communications for EDI Transmissions – including but not limited to:  FTP, AS2, and VAN setups.

§ Data map documents into various formats including but not limited to XML, Flat file layouts, and integrating to various backend systems also utilizing ODBC connectivity.

 

v Provide EDI training, consulting, and support to clients

 

v Build relationships between trading partners and clients while providing excellent customer service to same.

 

Skills Preferred:

 

v Minimum of 3 years experience in EDI implementation and mapping.

v Integration experience preferred but not required.

v Technical support and customer service relations.

v Strong oral, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.

v Able to multi-task.

v Provide on-going support to clients, including the ability to build upon current support and services.

v Programming experiences a plus.

v Desire to learn and build on current skills.
