Director of Technical Support

This position is responsible for leading the desktop technical support department with 4 direct and 35 indirect reports.  This person must have a strong customer service focus in a deadline driven environment.  This is a "fast paced-move quick-constant change" environment.You must be knowledgable of the latest business and end user technology, in addition to being able to visualize and implement this technology to better support the end users.

** Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in the functional area.  Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical team lead.

Hands on Desk Support  (IBM/MAC) - 5+yrs

Team Lead in Environment (manager) - 3+yrs

Project Management - 1+yrs

Established Vendor relationships - 2+yrs

Security Experience - 2+yrs

** Education: College degree 4yrs/ if not 10+yrs of experience
