The positions are responsible for supporting and troubleshooting all desktop technical
on-technical issues related to the end user and desktop environment, and some limited Network Administration duties as well.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Support, maintain and troubleshoot desktop, laptops, PDA's, e-mail and PBX issues VPN support MS Office support Monitor and ensure success of daily back-ups Provide timely user support to local and remote users Participate in technology implementations, both corporate wide and business unit based Maintain accurate PC related inventory information Interact with all technical groups Adhere to Asset Management policies and procedures Qualifications: Min 5+ years experience with desktop support in a Windows Terminal Server environment Experience supporting networked environments Experience supporting Windows XP and Vista Experience working with phone systems Strong problem-solving abilities with the desire and ability to upgrade technical skills Strong skills in written and verbal communication and critical thinkingPlease send all resumes in Word format to Richmondjb@VacoTechnology.com for consideration.
