The division's broad spectrum of IT design, procurement, project management and maintenance services, includes 24/7 managed network and systems supportYou will act as a technical resource responsible for pc support for a newly acquired customer. In this role, you will provide desktop support, hardware and software repairs, installs and moves and software installs. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with the customer's IT staff and the Help Desk in resolving and escalating problems, as appropriate.
