This position will design, implement and support database implementation. Primary objective is to design logical and physical databases or review description of changes to database design to understand how changes needed affect physical databases. Responsibilities include managing database security, supporting development department on database issues, establishing physical database parameters, reviewing and correcting programs, and modifying database programs to increase processing performance. Qualifications include a BA degree and 3-5 years database experience with a strong background in systems. Additionally, strong leadership with a capability for strategic thinking and tactical implementation, and communication skills will be critical.
