We are currently seeking a 5 month contract Data Management Assistant (Oracle) for our Fortune 500 Information technology client located in the Richfield, MN market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day to day on-site support for my clients Data Management Team. Tasks include but are not limited to Â· Regular interaction with users around first line queries/requests for information.Â· Applies procedures to ensure accuracy of output and adopts continuous improvement approach. Requirements for ConsiderationÂ· Data processing experience a mustÂ· 1 year customer service experience. Â· Experience using Oracle systems.Â· Attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues. Â· Ability to work quickly and accurately. Â· Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action. Â· Cyborg knowledge a plus Â· Working knowledge of Outlook, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Applications.
