Customer Service Representative â€“ Grand Prairie, TX

Interturbine Logistik GmbH an International Aviation Company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Grand Prairie, Texas location.

The ideal candidate should:Have a background in aviation or a similar technical field with a focus on Customer Service. Be a flexible self-starter who can work independently as well as a member of a team. Be comfortable in a multitasking fast pace work environment.

Responsibilities include:Ensuring that all communication with customers is handled in a courteous manner. Quoting, researching, and contacting of suppliersReviewing and implementation of customer orders and Follow-up on customer satisfaction.Experience with Microsoft Software is a must.

Starting Salary will be the medium to high twenties. Only local candidates will be considered. Interturbine Logistik GmbH offers a great benefit package including medical, dental and 401k.
