Customer Service Representative-2nd Shift

NEXICORE provides cost effective, high quality service and repair for all major brands of desktops and laptop computers.  We buy, sell and repair computers/computer parts for large national contracts.  Our New Port Richey, Florida office has an immediate need for a Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Representative.  This is a 2nd shift position- works hours are 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

Job Summary

Customer Service Representative will work in a high volume, fast paced, call center environment providing remote customer service phone support for end users such as customers, clients and vendors.  As a Customer Service Representative, you must be able to adhere to processes and procedures in both written and verbal communication.  Also, must be able to effectively communicate with customers, clients and vendors. The position requires extensive use of SAP application and MS Office.

 

Essential Functions

 Staff Automatic Call Distribution queue, to process incoming and outgoing phone calls for customers and vendors.Process service orders using SAP application.Update service orders as communicated by vendors and customers.Accurately open, close, dispatch, track, and update SAP service notificationConfer with various internal departments such as sales, operations, logistics, technical support and recruiting regarding SAP.  Generates various SAP reports as requested.Other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentSix months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Customer Service/Data Entry experience in an office setting preferred.Basic familiarity with Microsoft software applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Detailed oriented with excellent communication skills.
