In this fast-paced Call Center environment, we are seeking individuals who are very strong with multi-tasking abilities, technical skills, customer service acumen, and communication skills.  Candidates must have the flexibility to work 8 hour shifts during Call Center hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Responsibilities:The successful candidate will handle incoming phone calls related to:· Placement of purchase orders· Expediting of purchase orders· Stock/pricing inquiries· Technical product information· Return material· Tracing/proof of delivery information· Customer referrals· Sales promotions/programsThe successful candidate will place calls related to:· Clarification of order information · Product availability · Quote information · Shipping concerns · Traffic informationRequirements:· Customer service experience – Call Center highly preferred · Knowledge of business systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) · Strong multi-tasking skills · Knowledge of MS Office Suite · Proficient in Internet navigation · Accurate data entry and typing skills with a minimum of 45 WPM.· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate detailed information accurately · Ability to interact with customers and internal contacts · Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (decimals, percentages) · 2 years college, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferredBenefits:· Attractive compensation package · Medical/Dental/Life Insurance · 401K w/ Co. matching · Tuition Reimbursement · Profit sharing  Keywords: Call Center, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support.
