Crystal Reports Writer Wilmington, DE 19801 Job Duties/Responsibilities:   Generate new reports as directed by Mechanical Senior Management, Directors, and Managers by apply Crystal Reporting expertise and in consultation/mentoring relationship with existing Business Objects/Crystal reporting. Design, Develop, Code and Test new reports.Support new initiatives such as Life Cycle Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and routine WMS reporting to increase usage and impact to the Business Production SQL Database Management.  Design, Develop, Code and Test changes to SQL databases. Document reporting structures and facilitate training/usage by staff management and line management in the field. Utilize MS Project where directed by IT management to plan and monitor projects and reporting progress.    Skills RequiredMANDATORY: At least 3 years writing crystal reports Thorough understanding of SQL 2005 Thorough understanding of Business Objects Experience in building and maintaining Business Objects universes Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases and stored procedures utilizing multiple joins (SQL and Oracle preferred)  Crystal Reports Design and Development projects including requirements definition, design documentation, report development and structured testingUnderstanding of database structures   Strong analytical, strong database mapping and navigation, good communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.    Following skills would be a “PLUSâ€�: Railroad Experience Work Management Support Experience Engineering reporting experience Railroad experience
