Computer Support Engineer
Alliance Technology Group is a systems solutions provider offering a wide range of low to high end computer and network services. We are seeking experienced technicians and engineers to support our customers.
Applicant may be required to travel in MD, VA, DE, and DC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: troubleshooting computer hardware and software, installation and configuration of computer hardware and software, and knowledge transfer and support at customer locations and/or remote offices.
The successful applicant will have medium to excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications. Knowledge of other operating systems and applications a definite plus. Certifications not required but are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Applicant must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Some weekend and after normal day work may be required on occasion. Applicant must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer competitive salaries, excellent health and dental care benefits, a 401K plan, paid holidays, paid vacation and reimbursement for travel expenses including mileage.
