The Position:
We are currently seeking a Client Services Director Bay Area Region

Common Responsibilities

Building relations with the Sales Force and teaching them how to identify and close Professional Services opportunities.

 

Manage ongoing clients.

 

Building you own pipeline and selling into it.

Weekly conference calls, face to face meetings, workshops, developing sales and strategy collateral, scripting questions to ask and general mentoring.

Working with Vendors.

Working with service colleagues to dovetail the Professional Services team into our managed service practice (accounts currently not using Professional Services).

Visiting customers and assisting in the sales process including following up on vendor leads

Responding to bids including architecting solutions

Hiring, Developing and Retaining appropriate pre sales and delivery engineering resources.

Appropriate training for your team

Responding to action items and phone calls in a prompt and thorough manner

Generating excitement and enthusiasm about your organization
